What is the difference between this gig and a custom template build gig?
Custom template builds are a one-time build. This is ongoing management. I keep maintaining adjusting, and expanding your system monthly as your business changes.
How much access do you actually need to my workspace?
Only what you're comfortable giving. I can work with full edit access, or a scoped guest role limited to specific pages if you have sensitive client data elsewhere in your workspace.
What happens if my needs change halfway through the month - like suddenly need a new client portal built?
That's normal and expected. A full new build is scoped as a separate one-time add-on so pricing stays fair for both of us.
I'm not techy at all. Will I need to learn Notion to work with you?
No. You just have to send me what you need in plain language and I translate that into the actual Notion structure. You interact with a clean, simple front-end, I handle the backend complexity.
Do you do maintenance or can you also build brand-new things inside my workspace during the retainer?
Both. If a new need comes up, a new database, a new automation, a new page structure, I build it as part of ongoing maintenance rather than sending you to a separate gig. The retainer covers reasonable ongoing building.
