FAQ
On what software do you design your emails?
Figma! We use canva and a few other tools to help but final design work sis done completely in Figma.
Can you convert to HTML?
Sorry we can't convert the email designs to HTML. We provide the final designs as sliced images which can be uploaded directly into your ESP. These will be sliced based on size and CTAs in the design. Delivery will be in 2 formats. High quality PNG and compressed JPG to upload to your ESP.
Can you make design from scratch?
Absolutely! We can use the info you provide plus the info on your website and socials to make your email designs. In case you have old email templates you have been using and want us to use those as broad guidelines, then we can do that as well.
Which email platforms are compatible with your designs?
Our final delivery is in sliced images, so literally any platform which can send images will be compatible. This includes all platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp and Active Campaign.
What size are the emails? Are the emails responsive?
The width of the emails is standard 600 pixels. The length is dependent on the number of sections your mail will have. The design is made to look good as is on both desktop and mobile. We don’t design different versions for different devices.
What do you need to get started?
I’ll need your website URL, brand logo/guidelines (if available), email copy, design preferences, and any past email campaigns for reference.
Can you help with email copy?
Absolutely! Check the gig extras when ordering, you can add copywriting for your email when placing the order.
Can you use animated GIFs in the emails?
Sure, we can add GIFs to the hero section of your mail if needed.
