Hi, I'm Will from ClientFlow Studio. We build custom, mobile-friendly business websites with optional integrated CRM systems and AI tools.
Choose your package:
BASIC: Up to 3 website pages, a contact form, supplied content upload and hosting setup.
STANDARD: Up to 5 pages plus a CRM dashboard to organise contacts, enquiries, lead stages and notes, with admin notifications.
PREMIUM: Up to 7 pages, the CRM, an AI assistant that answers questions using your supplied business content and captures enquiries, plus one automated email follow-up.
CRM packages include one admin role. AI can guide customers to your team when personal support is needed.
You supply your branding, text and images. We agree the design and functionality before building, then test and hand over your website.
Domain, hosting, subscriptions and AI usage costs are separate. Payments, complex bookings, data migration and additional integrations require a custom quote.

What do you need to get started?
Your business details, logo, preferred colours, website text, images and required features. Share any websites you like and tell me whether you need CRM or AI functionality.
Is a CRM included in every package?
CRM functionality is included in Standard and Premium. It covers contacts, enquiries, lead stages and notes, with one admin role. Additional workflows, user permissions and integrations require a separate quote.
What can the AI assistant do?
The Premium AI assistant can answer common questions using your supplied business information, explain your services and capture enquiries. It can direct customers to your team for further help. AI responses can be incorrect, so it does not replace human support.
Are there ongoing costs?
Yes. Domain registration, hosting, database services, paid tools and AI usage may involve ongoing charges. These are separate from the development price, and we will confirm the required services and expected costs before starting.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every package includes a responsive layout, tested on common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Can you connect my existing business tools?
Potentially, depending on the tool's integration options and your subscription. Message me with the tools and workflow you need before ordering so I can assess feasibility and provide a quote.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a round of changes to the agreed design or features, such as adjusting colours, spacing or supplied content. New pages, new functionality and changes to the original scope are quoted separately.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I include 14 days after delivery to fix defects in the agreed features. New functionality, content updates, ongoing maintenance and issues caused by changes to external services are separate.
