One of my favorite Kajabi website projects started with a coach who already had amazing online course content, but the website felt confusing and students kept dropping before checkout. During our first call, instead of rushing into design, I asked questions about how her students learn, what offers were converting, and where people were getting stuck in the sales funnel. After mapping everything out together, I redesigned the Kajabi website from the ground up. I created a clean Kajabi landing page, organized the Kajabi online course dashboard, built a high-converting sales page, and connected a complete Kajabi sales funnel using Kajabi pipeline automation. The fun part was turning her messy Google Docs and scattered videos into a professional membership site that actually felt exciting to use. We added progress sections, onboarding emails, mobile-friendly lessons, and simple navigation so students could move through the course easily without feeling overwhelmed. Communication was honestly the reason the project moved so smoothly. We stayed in touch throughout the process, shared quick Loom updates, and adjusted ideas together instead of making things complicated. By the end of the project, she said the website finally matched the value of her coaching business. Since then, I’ve worked on Kajabi course setup, Thinkific website projects, LearnWorlds redesigns, Skool community setup, course migration, Systeme.io funnels, and online course websites for coaches, creators, and educators looking to grow their brand professionally.
