Purely Document-Driven ERP Execution Covering: ·       End-to-End Order-to-Cash (O2C): Generating line-item-level accurate Sales order (SO) directly from CPO, CRF, Cost Sheet, Update Sales Orders directly from updated CPO, Customer Shipment Entry and managing SOC/GCC compliance certificate attachments and test reports for Apparel brands. ·       Apparel Style & Matrix Management: Configuring Part Master setup from (Style, Size, Color, Cost) , Individual/Pre-Pack (PPK)/Unit-Pack (UPK) configuration, UPC Barcode Mapping, Item Master Attribute ·       Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Execution: Executing back-to-back Full Package & Subcontract/Job PO directly from (CRF, Cost Sheet, & SO), linking PO to SO, attaching source documents in Epicor Kinetic, Job ID Management, Blank SO/PO entries, Receive Blank PO after Job Material by matching Invoice, PL, BOL & Material Issuance, Material Return & Reconciliation. ·       FOB & Dropship Operations: End-to-end fulfillment of FOB and Dropship orders-from initial creation to system from CPO, CRF & Cost Sheet and receiving by verifying Invoices, Packing List (PL), & Bill of Lading (BOL). · Factory Direct (FDs) Shipment: End-to-end fulfillment of Factory Direct (FDs) from initial creation of SO & PO in Epicor and PO receiving by Container Landed Cost Entry & Container Receipts Entry, and receiving SO from Customer Shipment Entry and AP Batching mail flow. · In-Stock Invoicing & Batch Posting: Executing Daily Group Batch creation & Daily In-Stock Invoicing and cross functional email coordination for AR/AP team. ·       SharePoint Document Management: Maintaining source documents on SharePoint archiving.
