I already have an account but it is a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes. Cleanup, restructure and optimization are covered under the same packages.
Can you import my existing customers and jobs?
Yes. Send a CSV or your old system export and I will map and import it.
Will my technicians know how to use it?
Yes. Every package above Starter includes mobile app setup, and the top package includes a recorded training video and a written SOP.
Do you set up automatic customer text alerts?
Yes. Booked, on the way and job completed notifications are standard in Full Scheduling and above.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your software, your service and pricing list, your technician names and your service area.
