I write custom WordPress and WooCommerce code: small features, and integrations with documented REST APIs such as CRMs, email or shipping tools.
Packages:
- Basic: one small feature with written acceptance criteria we agree before I start, e.g. a hook, shortcode, admin setting or read-only endpoint. No external API.
- Standard: one-way integration from WordPress to one API, triggered by one event, up to 2 endpoints and 20 mapped fields
- Premium: scheduled one-way sync from one API (up to 4 endpoints, 3 data types) plus one inbound webhook
Each package includes:
- Source code as a small plugin, with short setup notes
- Security basics: nonces, capability checks, sanitised input
- Error logging and retries on Standard and Premium
- Testing on a staging copy when available
- 14 days of fixes for defects in the delivered code
For Standard and Premium, you provide API docs, credentials and a sandbox account. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope. New features are quoted separately.
Two-way sync, multiple systems, OAuth user logins, SOAP/XML or large migrations need a brief, then a custom offer.

Can you integrate my specific CRM or tool?
If it has a documented REST API and you can provide credentials and a sandbox, very likely. Send me the docs link and I'll confirm the package.
What does the Basic package include?
One small feature with written acceptance criteria we agree in messages before I start, e.g. a hook, shortcode, admin setting or read-only endpoint. No external API. You get source code and setup notes, and it's done when the criteria pass.
Do you do two-way sync?
Only as a custom offer after a brief, because both systems editing the same records needs conflict rules and much more testing.
Which authentication do you support in packages?
API key or bearer token, and OAuth2 client credentials when you provide them. OAuth flows that need a user login screen are a custom offer.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, for implemented work. It's delivered as a small plugin with short setup notes.
Will updates break it?
I use hooks and filters, not edits to core or other plugins, so normal updates shouldn't overwrite it. Changes to the other service's API may need updates later.
What support is included?
14 days of free fixes for defects in the delivered code. It doesn't cover new features, unrelated problems or ongoing maintenance. Revisions are changes within the agreed acceptance criteria.
Should I use Zapier instead?
Sometimes it's simpler and cheaper, and I'll say so. Code makes sense for custom logic, volume, security checks or avoiding monthly fees.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, white-label, with no branding in code or admin screens.
