What do you need from me to get started?
Property name and location, room or unit types with capacity and rates, high-res photos, amenities list, cancellation policy, and domain/hosting access. Not sure about hosting? Message me first and I'll recommend the right setup.
Can guests book and pay on my site instead of Booking.com?
Yes, that's the point of the build. Standard includes a full booking engine with Stripe and PayPal, so guests reserve and pay on your site. You keep the commission you'd otherwise hand to an OTA.
Will my calendar stay in sync so I don't get double bookings?
Yes. I set up two-way iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO, or connect your channel manager directly. Premium includes full Lodgify, Cloudbeds or Hostaway integration so availability updates everywhere at once.
Do you integrate Lodgify, Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez or Smoobu?
Yes, plus Beds24, Cloudbeds, Hospitable and MotoPress Hotel Booking. Send me your login and I'll embed the booking flow properly so guests complete the reservation on your site, not a third-party page.
Can I set seasonal rates, minimum stays and weekend pricing?
Yes. High and low season rates, weekend surcharges, minimum-night rules, early-bird and long-stay discounts, and per-room-type pricing are all configurable. Send me your current rate sheet and I'll build it to match.
I have one villa, not a hotel. Does this still work?
Absolutely, and it changes the design. A single villa or boutique property gets a cinematic, image-led layout with one booking bar rather than a room-comparison grid. Tell me the property type and I'll build accordingly.
Do you build for resorts, B&Bs, lodges and serviced apartments?
Yes. Each needs a different structure, resorts need packages and facilities pages, B&Bs need breakfast and house rules, serviced apartments need monthly rates and long-stay terms. Tell me which you run.
Will guests get automatic booking confirmations?
Yes. Confirmation emails go to the guest and to you, with booking details, dates and payment status. You get an admin dashboard showing every reservation, and pre-arrival or post-stay emails can be added as an extra.
Will my site rank for "hotels in [my city]"?
Standard and Premium include on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, hotel schema markup, XML sitemap and Google Business Profile setup. Location and review pages help most for those searches.
How long does it actually take?
5 days for a 3-page site, 5 for the booking engine build, 7 for the full platform, assuming photos and rates arrive promptly. Channel manager setup can add a few days depending on your provider. Express delivery available.
