During my internship at PT Surya Madistrindo as a Talent and Training HR Management Intern, I was primarily responsible for managing and organizing candidate data by reviewing applications, sorting CVs, and maintaining recruitment records through accurate data entry and data recapitulation. In addition, I prepared and delivered several presentations for senior team members, focusing on Human Resource Management topics and their relationship with psychological principles, drawing on my academic background as a Psychology student. I also assisted in the administration and coordination of training management programs, ensuring that training activities were well-organized and properly documented. Furthermore, I supported the recruitment and development process by observing candidates' body language, evaluating their overall performance and progress throughout various stages of assessment, and providing insights that contributed to talent evaluation and development initiatives.
