I keep Linux servers running and automate repetitive work with Python.
Since 2023 I have been the infrastructure contractor for a Swiss hosting company: crypto full nodes, a 39-server video fleet, nameservers and runbooks. As a hands-on CTO I moved a ticketing platform from Azure to Hetzner in one night with no data loss.
I also build Python automations, Telegram bots with Google Sheets, and AI extraction from PDFs into spreadsheets or CRMs.

Infrastructure contractor for a Swiss hosting provider and its customers. - Operate BTC, LTC and XMR mainnet full nodes behind a live crypto wallet: firewalling, TLS, decision records and runbooks. Diagnosed a Litecoin MWEB consensus bug and a monerod RPC self-ban that had caused repeated outages. - Audited a 39-server fleet behind a video host with over 150,000 active users, ran its storage migration and decommissioning, and planned the Node-to-Go rewrite of its runtime. - Built UQStream, a Go ingest and embed service with a Svelte operator console, deployed with Compose and Caddy. - Nameservers with BIND9 and PowerDNS, an IPMI-over-VPN access manager, Virtualizor KVM templates, server hardening and day-to-day sysadmin.

Events and ticketing platform: marketplace, CRM, reserved seating, on-site badge and ticket printing. - Migrated the entire platform from Azure to Hetzner single-handedly: two weeks of preparation, one-night cutover, no data loss. - Top human committer across the four core repositories (two Spring Boot back ends, Next.js marketplace, React CRM), plus a PDF rendering service and a Telegram automation service. - Integrated a third-party reserved seat map under a one-week event deadline, then root-caused and fixed a seat-locking race that had caused double bookings. - Replaced a legacy Java ticket-printing service with a Go gateway and agent over WebSocket, with a label renderer, tests and a Helm chart, in two days. - Operated the self-managed k3s and ArgoCD cluster day to day; the cluster build itself was led by a colleague.
