Need to combine spreadsheet exports without losing track of your records?
I will clean and merge up to 3 CSV, TSV or plain XLSX files, with up to 100 data rows in total and matching columns. One explicitly named worksheet per workbook.
Included:
- Trim surrounding whitespace, remove empty rows and exact duplicate records using agreed rules.
- Preserve text IDs such as 0001.
- Flag missing required fields and conflicting IDs for your review.
- Deliver a cleaned CSV, a spreadsheet-safe viewing CSV, a row-source audit and a summary report.
Conflicting IDs are retained, not guessed or silently combined. Output is CSV, not a reformatted Excel workbook.
Please message me on Fiverr with an anonymized sample and your rules before ordering. No macros, formulas, OCR, fuzzy matching or manual research in this package.
I use an AI-assisted custom tool and review the output. Your files are processed locally and are not sent to an AI model. Portfolio examples use fictional data.

What does one revision cover?
One correction within the agreed input files and cleaning rules. New files, new rules or extra rows require a new scope.
Can you fix conflicting IDs?
I flag and retain conflicting records. I do not choose the correct business value without your instructions.
Which Excel files are supported?
Plain XLSX cell values only. Please identify the worksheet. Formulas, macros, merged cells and hidden data are outside this package.
Will my files be used to train AI?
No. The processing tool runs locally. Customer files are not sent to an AI model.
What will I receive?
CSV files for import and spreadsheet viewing, a row-source audit and a concise issue report. Excel workbook formatting is not included.
