FAQ
Do you use templates or page builders like Wix, Elementor, or WordPress?
No. Every site I build is fully custom coded. Real backend, real database, real architecture. What you get is a site that scales, not something that breaks the moment you need to change anything.
Do you use AI to build the site?
Yes, AI handles the code execution. But every architectural decision, database schema, feature design, and UX flow is designed and verified by me. AI without proper human architecture produces broken products. My work does not.
Can I update the website myself after it's done?
Yes on the Premium tier. It comes with an admin dashboard where you can edit content, upload images, and manage the site without touching code. Basic and Standard tiers do not include this.
Do you support website language translation?
Yes. Fully bilingual English and Arabic with proper RTL support. Included in Premium, add-on for Basic and Standard. Also works just fine if you have other language requirements.
What happens if I need changes after the delivery?
Every tier includes revisions during the project (3 / 5 / unlimited). Post-launch, Standard includes 14 days of bug fix support and Premium includes 60 days.
Can I add features not listed in the packages?
Yes. Message me first with what you need and I'll send a custom offer with clear scope and timeline.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, contracts are CRUCIAL. No work gets done without proper signing first.
What if my project needs longer than the listed delivery time?
Message me before ordering. I'll agree the real timeline with you upfront and send a custom offer that matches. Never order Premium at default delivery without talking first.
