Following will be provided under this Gig:
- Once a Month bookkeeping service on excel, Zoho Books, Quickbooks, Xero, Wave, Quickfile, etc. Rate is variable @ $0.40 per bank transaction. Minumum charges will be $50 p.m. - This is for existing customer only.
- Once in a quarter bookkeeping service on excel, Zoho Books, Quickbooks, Xero, Wave, Quickfile, etc. Rate is variable @ $0.40 per bank transaction. Minumum charges will be $150 per quarter.
Please note that we don't provide bookkeeping services where VAT/GST or any other Sales tax is applicable. Also, year end calculations of depreciation or any other aspect where local regulatory knowledge is needed will be out of scope.
Note that any consultancy/calls or customized reports will be on a chargeable basis @$50 per hour of effort.
Request you to not place the order without discussion as the timeline and cost may vary based on the number of transactions and complexity.

What all will be needed to start the work?
1. Access to QuickBooks/Zoho Books. 2. Bank Statements/Credit Statements for the period for which Bookkeeping is needed. 3. Loan statements if there are any loans. 4. Previous year filed tax return
What if there are transactions more than specified in the Gig package?
Incremental transactions will be charged @ $0.40 per transaction
Can you upload the invoices/receipts against each transaction for which Bookkeeping is done?
Yes, if they are saved on Google Drive or shared on Fiverr. Note that we won't be able to go through any emails for tracing the invoices.
Is it possible to Bookkeeping over the call?
Sorry, that is not possible. You can select the training/consulting Gig where I will guide you on the Bookkeeping process and can also help with a few sample entries. Any consultation will be chargeable @ $50 per hour.
Will you send invoices and chase the customers for the payments?
Sorry, we don't provide this service.
