I'm an alpha/beta reader with 5+ years of experience who knows the market and has worked with numerous authors. When reading, I focus on providing developmental feedback on the following:
- Characters
- The plot & pacing
- Worldbuilding (systems, accuracy, etc.)
- Emotional impact
- Writing style
My service includes:
- A thorough review of your work, with commentaries on specific scenes that are noteworthy or on obvious plot holes/inconsistencies in your story.
- Constructive feedback, insights, and thoughts on the important elements of your story including the introduction and hook, your characters' voices and their development, the plot's pacing, the story flow & any existing plotholes, the worldbuilding & setting, your writing style and narration.
- Insights into the emotional impact of your story. No matter what genre, this element is key to making your story stay in your readers' minds long after they've closed the book.
- Honest but respectful suggestions on further developing and improving in areas your story lacks.

Do you accept questionnaires for my manuscript?
Yes! If you'd prefer that than the reader's report, I'd be happy to give in-depth answers to an unlimited amount of questions and provide constructive feedback.
Which genres do you accept?
I can read in any genre except erotica. Kindly include a trigger warning beforehand if there are any gratuitious violence or graphic imagery of self-harm throughout the story.
I'd only like you to focus on certain elements of my story. Is that alright?
Of course! My services are tailored to suit your author needs. If you would prefer that I focus on a certain element, say your worldbuilding/setting for example, then my feedback will focus solely on that. Kindly shoot me a message before ordering so we can sort out the details!
Can you give chapter-by-chapter feedback?
I can! In a chapter-by-chapter type of feedback, I give detailed in-line comments. If you have questions you'd like me to answer in each chapter, it would cost differently and would need additional time. Contact me for further details!
Which genres do you specialize in?
Though I specialize in the fantasy, sci-fi, and dystopian genre, I am also an avid reader of and have professionally beta read books in these genres: Christian fiction and fiction in general, romance, mystery, and thriller. If you're unsure which genre your book falls under, feel free to contact me!
What age groups do you read in?
I can read in any age group from middle-grade to adult!

The delivery consisted of inline comments and a detailed reader report. The best thing is that the inline comments provided the reader‘s emotional journey from beginning to end which I find incredibly useful, as well as pointed out parts which were confusing, where the scenes transitions were not perfect etc.!
