Founder & Managing Director of Sila International Advisory, a European regulatory compliance and legal structuring consultancy based in France. Le dossier remis présente une structure intéressante, mais manque de rigueur sur des éléments fondamentaux. Plusieurs erreurs et imprécisions ont été relevées par mon conseiller : plan de financement incomplet, charges insuffisamment détaillées, incohérences juridiques (SASU / TNS), stratégie commerciale...
