I guide live 1:1 sessions focused on body balance, calm focus and sustainable energy.
I trained in India (Yoga & Pranayama) and China (Qigong and internal movement principles) and integrate these influences into my own practical training sets, adapted for modern daily life.
My work combines breath, mindful movement and clear structure to support nervous system regulation, physical stability and embodied awareness. Sessions are practical, grounded and focused on real-life application rather than performance or tradition.
