Can you ship the original painting? I would love to have as a keepsake!
I can ship the original A3 size artwork to you internationally from India! Please add shipping charges when placing your order—it’s listed in the extra section at $300/painting. This covers all the time and effort to ensure safe delivery: proper varnishing, secure wrapping, and reliable shipping.
Can you edit the wedding invitation by adding couple's name, date and place? Also, include a custom timeline with qr code
Yes, I can provide the complete wedding invitation with your names and a custom timeline! I’ll also share font options for you to pick your favorites! Just message me all the text details, and I’ll prepare the invite accordingly. The price includes 3 proofs for text edits — additional $20 each.
Can you add custom watercolor couple portrait or pet portrait in the trifold invite? Is there any additional charge?
Sure, I would love to add couple watercolor portrait or pet portrait in your wedding invite! Pet portrait will be simple with mininal details. Couple portrait can either be faceless or a shot from back! (no additional charge)
Can you print the wedding invitation as well? I am bit concerned about colors and folding, will it be come pre-folded?
Yes, we provide professional printing services to ensure color accuracy and quality control. All trifold invites come pre-folded! :) You can choose from a wide range of colors for envelopes, custom stamps, handmade papers texture etc. Please contact me for the same.
Are the illustration hand drawn on physical paper or digitally drawn?
All the watercolor illustrations are drawn using traditional painting method i.e. on 100% cotton papers using high artist-grade supplies. These hand drawn illustrations are then scanned and delivered in high resolution. Color corrections and print ready files are prepared using Adobe softwares.
What are your cancellation policies?
All illustrations are hand-painted with intention and care. It’s time-intensive; we take limited projects yearly for full attention. No refunds/cancellations once coloring begins. Pre-coloring cancellation: 50% fee.
