experience in As-Built Revit BIM Model from Point Cloud Scan Data. I have excellent knowledge in Matterport, virtual tour, Autodesk Recap, True View etc and Point cloud lider scan data format (.rcs .rcp, .e57 .las).

The modelled elements were quite off sometimes from the point cloud. After a first revision it got better but I still had to edit faults myself because of time pressure of the project. I hope he re checks his modelling a few times before delivering to the client. Nevertheless the modelling of stair rails...
