Need Odoo installed, configured, and running on your own server or Odoo.sh without the headaches of figuring out Nginx, SSL, PostgreSQL, and worker configuration yourself?
I handle the full technical setup so you can focus on using Odoo, not administering it.
Self-hosted setup includes:
- Odoo installation on Ubuntu 20.04 / 22.04 VPS (DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner, etc.)
- Nginx reverse proxy with free SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt)
- PostgreSQL database with automated daily backups
- Odoo service configuration (workers, memory limits, log rotation)
- Custom domain + email server (SMTP) integration
- Firewall rules and basic server hardening
Odoo.sh setup includes:
- Repository configuration and branch management
- Custom module deployment pipeline
- Staging and production environment separation
I also offer the Premium multi-tenant package for IT companies and Odoo resellers who need to host multiple client databases on one server with subdomain isolation and white-label branding.

Which VPS providers do you work with?
Any Linux VPS — DigitalOcean, Linode, Hetzner, AWS EC2, Azure, Vultr, or Contabo. I recommend Hetzner CX21 for cost-performance for small deployments.
Can you migrate my existing Odoo instance to a new server?
Yes — database migration including filestore is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Zero downtime migrations are possible with prior planning.
Will my server be secure after setup?
I apply UFW firewall rules, disable root SSH login, configure fail2ban, and enable automatic security updates. I also provide a security checklist for ongoing maintenance.
