Do I need to already have an Azure account set up?
No. I can help you set one up from scratch, or work within your existing environment if you already have one.
Will you need access to my systems?
Yes, typically read or contributor access to your Azure subscription. I'll walk you through exactly what's needed before we start, and access can be limited or revoked once the project is complete.
Can you work with my existing setup, or does it need to be rebuilt?
In most cases I can work within your existing environment. A full rebuild is only needed if the current setup has significant security or structural issues, and I'll always flag that upfront rather than assume.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
Message me with a brief description of your current setup and goals, and I'll recommend the right package, or a custom offer if your project doesn't fit neatly into one.
Do you provide documentation after the project is complete?
Yes, on Standard and Premium packages. This includes network diagrams, configuration notes, and setup instructions so your team isn't dependent on me to understand the environment.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Basic support is included during the revision window. Ongoing maintenance or monitoring can be arranged separately, just message me to discuss.
