To begin, we need a basic overview of your idea — this can include a sketch, reference images, dimensions, or a short video explanation. The clearer the input, the smoother the process.
Will I own the design files once the project is complete?
Absolutely. Once the order is complete, all final deliverables (CAD files, drawings, renders, etc.) are 100% yours to use for manufacturing, marketing, or presentation.
Do you offer prototyping services?
Yes, we offer in-house prototyping and testing using high-quality 3D printers. This is an optional add-on and is quoted separately from the design package.
Can you help me prepare for mass production?
Yes. Our premium package includes manufacturing-ready CAD, technical drawings, and DFM support. We can also guide you on materials and connect you with suppliers if needed.
How are revisions handled during the design process?
We offer revisions based on the selected package. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with video updates so you can request changes early and ensure the design aligns with your vision.
