THIS PERSON CONTINUED TO SEND ME ITEMS I WAS UNABLE TO USE OR EVEN DOWNLOAD IN SITE OF ME REITERATING THE PICTURE ISSUES AND MY CONSTANT REQUESTS OF CHANGES OR OTHERS FILE TYPES.
