ScaleWise VA runs Shopify stores for their owners in the UK, the US and Spain, most on a monthly retainer. I sell the work, own the client relationship and run the team. What we take off an owner's desk: product listings and catalogue cleanup, inventory, orders and returns, the customer service inbox, store fixes (Flow automations, metafields, theme changes), Klaviyo email and SMS, and Pinterest ads. Every recurring job has a written procedure and every store has a second person who knows it. Stores I have run include Rera Jewels, Studio Neutral, Hide Commerce, Driftwood, Bris Collection, Noctelle Threads, Mistfall and Blankies.
