What access do you need to fix my website?
For most bug fixes, I will need access to your website files (via FTP, cPanel, or hosting panel) and sometimes database access if the issue involves MySQL. If you use GitHub or Bitbucket, you can share repository access instead.
Is my website and data safe with you?
Absolutely. I take client confidentiality very seriously. Your files, login details, and website data will be treated with 100% privacy and security. I only use the access you provide to fix the issue.
What if I don’t know what the problem is?
No problem! Simply describe what’s happening (error messages, screenshots, or unusual behavior). I’ll diagnose the issue first and let you know what needs to be fixed before I start.
