Chi sono
Operations and Trust & Safety professional with hands-on experience in content moderation and logistics management. Progressed from Content Moderation Agent to Tier 2 Escalation Supervisor on a major platform's account, reviewing 1,200-1,400 items daily with zero quality errors and earning recognition for a critical live-stream safety escalation. Later ran a 120-agent logistics account, rising to Operations Assistant Manager overseeing hiring, training, and cross-functional coordination. I treat every customer with respect, personalize each interaction, and always give clear next steps.
