Handle product sourcing and supplier management for our online retail business. My day-to-day work covers supplier shortlisting and vetting, sample ordering, price and MOQ negotiation, and repeat-order replenishment on 1688. I compare freight forwarders and courier routes, consolidate shipments to reduce per-parcel cost, and resolve quality disputes with suppliers — replacements, partial refunds and re-shipments — while keeping a record for future reorder decisions
