Contracted by Grace Harbor Church to help them get out of spreadsheets and into a system their team could actually run week to week. I started by meeting with leadership to understand their day-to-day problems (guest follow-up, small groups, volunteers, check-in, and giving), then mapped out a simple setup plan. From there, I cleaned and organized their people data—removing duplicates, fixing household records, and setting up tags/custom fields so tracking stayed consistent. I configured staff and ministry leader access, built easy workflows for new visitors and next steps, and set up volunteer and small-group tracking so nothing fell through the cracks. On the Sunday side, I implemented Breeze Check-In with the right locations, labels, and security settings, then created online forms for visitors, prayer requests, and event signups and connected everything to the right follow-up steps. To wrap up, I delivered clear documentation (SOPs), a weekly checklist, and a simple training plan so the team could manage Breeze confidently without needing ongoing support.
