Yes! I provide comprehensive takeoffs across all major trades, including Structural (concrete, masonry, framing), Architectural (finishes, drywall, roofing), and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). If your project is highly specialized, please message me first to review the blueprints.
Are you deliver project in your own format or contractor format?
Yes, I deliver project in my format as well as client desired format. Please share your reference file with me so that I can deliver in your desired format.
What software do you use, and what deliverables will I receive?
I use industry-standard software like Planswift for all measurements. Upon completion, you will receive a clean, fully editable Excel spreadsheet containing the itemized material takeoff and cost breakdown, along with the color-coded annotated markup plans in PDF format.
