How far back can you catch up my books?
As far as you need, from a few months to several years. Bigger backlogs are done in stages so you can see progress at every step.
Is my financial information kept confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only for your order and is never shared with anyone. I'm happy to sign an NDA if your business needs one.
Do you also work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. I mainly work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and I can also help with QuickBooks Desktop files. Message me first so we can agree on access.
Do I need to share my QuickBooks or Xero password?
No. Just invite me as your accountant in QuickBooks Online (or as an advisor user in Xero). You stay in full control and can remove my access at any time.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, bank and credit card statements for the period, and a short note about any issues you already know of.
What if I have more transactions or accounts than the package?
Send me a message with your volume and number of accounts. I'll send a custom offer so you only pay for what you actually need.
