I'm an experiential coach. I coach and support you based on my own experience. I had my own failed relationships, my ups and downs and I managed to create the relationship I love and where I enjoy even the "boring moments".
Honestly, if your primary relationship withers (or doesn't exist!), everything is affected. I believe working on ourselves first is the necessary foundation for a joyful and fulfilling relationship.
I created three options for you:
- Premium: monthly DEEP DIVE package of 4 coaching sessions, weekly you'll get: one 60 min coaching call via Zoom BEST VALUE
- Standard: monthly package of 4 coaching sessions, weekly you'll get: one 30 min coaching call via Zoom
- Basic: initial consultation to see if I can support you and if we are a good much, 30 min call via Zoom

FAQ
How do I know you’re the right coach for me?
Finding a coach that’s the right match is super important. Take your time to read through my profile, watch my introductory video, check out my portfolio and reviews. The initial coaching session will further confirm if we’re a great match, and if not, no problem and keep searching.
What is your own relationship experience?
Relationship mentoring and coaching was my first niche when I started coaching. I have my own experience, being in a loving marriage of 7 years after going through a divorce. I made mistakes, I learnt and I work on my relationship with my husband (and myself) every day.
Should I message you before placing the order?
If you have still some outstanding questions after reading through this FAQ, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to get back to you. Otherwise, feel free to book the basic package directly.
What happens after I place the order?
You will be requested to submit the requirements, which in this case means booking the date and time for our coaching session through the link to my calendar. After that, I will share the button for the Zoom call (directly on the order page) and we will have a session at the time you booked.
Who are you as a person?
I’ve been vegetarian for 20+ years, I love reading and eating (not cooking!). I’m a mom to a 3year old, spent 10+ years doing humanitarian and development work. I love travelling, my husband says I talk a lot 😊 and I’m super curious. I come from Czechia and live in Zambia.
How do you grow as a relationship coach?
I love reading, so there is usually a book about relationships in the 4+ books I’m reading at the moment. I participate in the coaching programmes and have my own coach. I learn from my own relationship, and from the past ones.
Why do you have a coach yourself?
Because I believe it the power of coaching. Honestly, I don’t know how people can live without a coach. Having a coach allows me to grow, learn and get new perspectives because even coaches have blind spots (we are human too!). Having a coach just lights up my life 😊
You’re not a therapist. How can you help me?
I have clients I support when it comes to dating as well as working on their existing relationships (or getting the courage to leave!), unlike therapists, as a coach I focus more on the future and what can you do NOW to get where you want to be.
Can you help me with deep traumas or abusive relationships?
I’m not a therapist or specialist to deal with abusive relationships. In this case, it might be better you approach a trained professional or organizations in this area who can support you better.
I really need to change my thought patterns. Can you help me with this?
