Sales Agent & Translation Assistant — Travel Agency Worked for one year at a travel agency as a Sales Agent, assisting English-speaking clients through phone calls and written communication. Managed customer inquiries, provided travel information, scheduled appointments, and helped coordinate travel arrangements. I also translated various tourism-related documents and materials, including travel itineraries, ensuring that information was clear, accurate, and easy for clients to understand. This experience strengthened my communication, organization, attention to detail, and English-to-Spanish translation skills

David was very proactive in his communication. Whenever something was unclear, he asked for clarification and made sure the translations fit the context. He reviewed the translation not only on paper but also in-game, where he made further improvements to ensure it fit my game as well as possible. I highly recommend working with him.
