I worked closely with clinicians and the administrative team to coordinate new client referrals, review intake information, schedule appointments, and follow up on outstanding documentation. I also helped maintain accurate client records and ensured that information was properly organized and available to the appropriate team members. This role required strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and communication, as well as the ability to manage multiple client intakes and administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
