Chi sono
Years ago I was on the other side: training without direction, following random routines, never seeing results. Then I hired a coach and learned what a personalised and measured plan can do.
I have 15+ years training in the gym. Sports nutrition studied under Francis Holway. I'm certified in hypertrophy, HIIT and functional training. Right now I'm prepping to compete in natural bodybuilding — I run the same system I sell.
I know what it's like to want muscle, to want to lose fat, and to feel stuck after years of work. That's the problem I solve.

What I value most is the follow-up. He's always attentive, answers questions quickly...

Excelente el servicio, vengo trabajando hace unos meses con él y el cambio corporal se ve desde las primeras semanas. Me ayudó a cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios y mi sedentarismo. Ahora que se encuentra su servicio completo en Fiverr no dudé en comprarlo.
