He was very patient with my hardware problem and we finally discovered the printer was at fault and not the cables or PC but he worked diligently in discovery. Highly recommended!!

STOP!! You should not look any further. THIS is the one IT guy you need. The manufacturer spent hours on the phone and told me it was a "Hardware failure" and that it was basically dead. I contacted him and OMG We're BACK in business. He is ABSOLUTELY A-MAZE-ING!!!
