Aya did a fantastic job and delivered far more than what I was expecting. She was very considerate and added a lot of extra detail based on her understanding of Japanese culture. She also provided multiple formats and versions proactively.

The manuscript retains the author's thoughtfulness and is also rendered in a more engaging, smoother tone. Providing the detailed explanation in addition to the translation is very helpful. Excellent communication and work. I will ask her again.
