Do you host the bot for me 24/7?
No. I provide you with the complete source code (.zip) so you have full ownership. You will need to host it yourself (on a VPS, Heroku, Raspberry Pi, etc.). If you don't know how, I offer a "Setup & Deployment" Extra where I will upload the files to your server for you!
What exactly do "User Authentication" and "Live Chat Handoff" mean in your packages?
On Discord, "User Authentication" means the bot checks user roles (e.g., verifying if a user has an Admin role before running a command). "Live Chat Handoff" means creating a standard Ticket System within the server. It does NOT mean external web panels or website logins.
Can you make the bot speak my language (Spanish, German, etc.)?
Yes, if you provide the translated texts! The bot will be coded in Python using standard Discord libraries. If you want custom responses in a specific language, please provide the exact translations when filling out the requirements. (Note: Multi-language support/toggles are not included by default)
Will my bot be "Verified" by Discord (get the checkmark)?
Discord handles bot verification automatically when a bot reaches 100+ servers. I cannot "verify" the bot for you, as that requires you to submit an application to Discord with your own ID. I only provide the code for your bot.
Can I add more features while you are already coding the bot?
The price and delivery time are based on the requirements we agree upon before or immediately after placing the order. If you want to add complex new features midway through development, we can create a Custom Extra for additional cost and time.
How does the "Setup & Deployment" Extra work?
If you don't know how to run the bot code yourself, I can deploy it for you! You must purchase and provide access to a supported VPS or hosting platform (you cover the hosting provider's cost). I will log in, upload the files, configure everything, and leave it running.
