The list we provided was not optimal, many of the numbers were for the main switchboard, so the results were mixed. He was good at providing details and feedback. Ronnie was helpful and did as requested. From 100 calls he got 0 appointments, which is unfortunate, but happens often with cold calling. I would have liked a little more proactivity in terms of at least getting some decision maker names for our CRM vs a simple "Not interested" Google Sheets cell.
