Sam is great, but I soon learned he is going to do things his way, and that is fine but not what I wanted. Although the rating is not great because of the questions asked, he is polite and will put the effort to understand your goals. On my side, I learned having only a caller that calls in his own pace will not do the trick for me.

Sohail did well - we've asked to perform the calls which aren't fully cold, but rather some intelligence gathering sort, he understood the assignment quickly, adapted to our proposed framework, adjusted the flow of calls based on our recommendations and delivered the results just like we asked. 100% will use his service again once the occasion occurs.

He did a great job, no luck on appointments but was able to at least garner some interest and put us in a good position.
