Australian HR manager who knows what gets you shortlisted
Australia
Inglese, Tedesco
Chi sono
I'm a People & Culture Manager in Canberra, a Certified HR Professional (CPHR) and an AHRI member. I've been hiring since 2013, so I read applications from the employer's side every week and know what gets people shortlisted in Australia.
I moved to Australia myself and had to learn the local job market from scratch. That's why I also help migrants turn overseas CVs into Australian resumes. I write resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles and APS selection criteria. Ich spreche auch Deutsch.

I run the HR function for a disability and aged care provider and act as General Manager when needed. I write position descriptions, manage recruitment and onboarding, and prepare for NDIS audits. I see every week how employers in regulated sectors screen applications.
