Did what he said he would, very prompt, great communication, delivered on time. Gave detailed notes. Would work with again.

Gave repetitive notes. Did not ask for the owner and pitched anyone who answered the phone. Did not follow instructions, nor did he produce any results at all out of 50 calls. No appointment, and no one to call back.
