My role as a cold caller was to reach out to all the leads that were provided by the company in the zoho crm. First step was to introduce myself and the company explain our products and qualify the merchant. Second step was to collect all the documents required for the application and the funding process. Third process was to bring in an offer from the Lender. Once offers become available I would than share the opportunities we could move forward with and possible future funding opportunities as well. So basically I would not just do cold call but from scratch to finish until deal is funded.
