I’m a professional dancer and artist with Step One Dance Company, based out of New York City, and the owner of StretchSpace_. Currently living in Barcelona, I bring my expertise in movement and flexibility to help individuals enhance their mobility and well-being.

Had a great session today. Very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made the entire 30 minutes feel productive and comfortable. He explained things clearly, adapted well to my questions, and created a really positive working atmosphere.

So far, it’s good. The teacher is great. I’m pregnant and don’t have much energy, so the lessons are individualized for my special needs. That’s the difference compared to just watching a video.
