Over the past seven years, I have focused on civil and commercial litigation, enforcement and asset recovery, construction contract disputes, shareholder liability claims, and cross-border legal services. I have handled more than a thousand civil and commercial cases across courts in Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Xinjiang and other regions of China. My experience covers the full litigation lifecycle — from pre-litigation risk assessment, evidence preparation and court representation to judgment enforcement and debtor asset tracing. My representative work includes the Cui XX v. Highway Center property protection dispute, which was selected by the Supreme People's Court as a typical retrial case on the protection of private enterprise property rights and entrepreneurs' legitimate rights and interests. I also advise international clients on cross-border e-commerce disputes, supplier agreement drafting and review, including NNN, DNE and OEM agreements, and provide bilingual legal support in English and Chinese. I work to deliver practical, responsive and result-oriented legal solutions for businesses and individuals.
